@alejandromatias674: If All I had was 30 minutes and a kettlebell, here’s exactly what I’d do. Arm Bent Over Rows – Keep your back flat, pull the bell to your ribcage, and squeeze your mid back to hit your rhomboids and traps. Kneeling Overhead Press – Tuck your ribs, brace your core, and press straight up to target your delts and upper chest. Kickstand Hinge – Keep 80% of your weight on your front leg and push your hips back to fire up your glutes and hamstrings. Single Leg Hip Hinge – Focus on balance, hinge slow, and control the descent for hamstring and hip stability. Squats – Drive your knees out and chest up to build your quads and overall leg strength. Lunges – Keep your front heel grounded and control your tempo for single leg power. Halos – Circle the bell around your head, stay tall, and keep your shoulders relaxed for joint health. Sword Swings – Pivot through your hips and rotate your torso to train rotational strength and coordination. No gym? No problem. Grab a kettlebell and move. If you want a simple full body finisher: Perform 10 Romanian Deadlifts, 10 Sumo Squats, 10 Overhead Presses, 10 Single Arm Rows, 10 Reverse Lunges, 10 Calf Raises, and 10 Bicep Curls — that’s a full body workout in under 20 minutes.
