So I was standing in a car showroom in Hampstead. It was a Rolls-Royce and Bentley showroom and Frank Zappa was in there telling the salesman that all the cars were crap compared to his which had a handmade front grill !!!

Frank was sentenced to six months with all but 10 days suspended. So, he didn’t serve six months. But the tens days were plenty enough for Frank to be wary of the police for the rest of his life.

My first introduction to him was when his Joe's Garage album came out, so I immediately started going backwards into his musical catalog, and BOY was I HOOKED!!!💯
