Nope, the first amendment right states that I’m able to record or take videos even if that other party does not consent if it’s out in public yes I’m allowed to just because your feelings are getting in the way and you do not want me to record you that’s not a lot. the only reason they're doing this is they're hoping someone will mess with them so they can sue. it has nothing to do with the first amendment. they just show up trying intimidate people so they will be attacked and they can file a lawsuit for profit! the use of foul language in public in front of people, in some states is grounds to be arrested for disorderly conduct. even if it's one person that isn't a cop. all the officer has to do is ask him or her if they were offended and if they were, it's off to the graybar hotel. these first amendment auditors like to drop the f-bomb a lot. even if they're directing it towards a police officer, if it's in public in front of people, hook em and book em! Disorderly conduct in most states generally involves behaviors that disturb public peace and safety, such as fighting, making threats, or causing a public nuisance. Common examples include creating loud or offensive noises, obstructing public areas, public intoxication, and using obscene or threatening language.
