I would have him step out under Pennsylvania vs. Mimms. At the end of all this, he still gets a ticket for speed. Maybe some equipment violation I could find on his car. Depending on his behavior, during the contact, he “may” end up catching a charge for interfering/obstructing. After all, it’s all about articulation🤪

This is what I do as a cop. I explain everything, before and during conducting a traffic stop… so everything is on body cam, the PC and/or ROS is documented.

I would immediately tell him to exit the vehicle, he legally has to do that regardless why the cop stopped him. And then when he doesn’t comply, and you know he won’t. you can yank him violently out of the car.
