I believe it , my mother was a migrant worker in Waxahachie, Texas. They stayed in this farm house and my Grandfather used to dream that someone was telling him the money was in the chimney. Turns out the previous tenant had robbed a bank and killed his family after a police chase and himself. The place was haunted and they left.

My grandma said she would see a lady dressed in white on the front porch sitting with a pile of gold . And she would tell her Ven aqui Lupe ( come here Lupe ) .this happened in Palacios Tx . Flashback 2020 and I one a lawsuit worth 2 million dollars .
