Each gust feels like a thought made visible, a reminder that all creation, whether human or elemental, is temporary. The snow clings to rocks like memory to bone, shaping the land into something fleetingly perfect. And there you stand, a traveler, an intruder, a worshipper of what cannot be kept. Maybe art isn’t about permanence at all. Maybe it’s about surrender, about seeing something vanish and realizing it was beautiful because it could never last. The mountains don’t seek your praise; they simply exist, unbothered, infinite in their disinterest. But in their silence, they ask the hardest questions: What does it mean to create when time erases everything? What is the point of beauty when no one is there to witness it? And when you leave, boots sinking in the snow, do you take the mountain with you, or does it take a piece of you instead?
