So every time we go for an ultrasound my baby is facing backwards away… facing my back. I wonder if they don’t like the placenta in their face lol

I think it just depends on the baby, I had a anterior placenta with my daughter and never held her a different way than a “normal baby” we never had to touch her face with something to get her to go to sleep. She slept normal.

I have two girls 13 months apart the youngest being 13 months. With both pregnancies I had an anterior placenta and that’s exactly how they would fall asleep! They still have to have thier face touching something when sleeping. It would worry me when they were small babies so I always had the owlet on them. 😅 it still stressed me out haha.

My first pregnancy was anterior and she is attached to me so bad. She definitely only slept with her blanket over her face. My second pregnancy now is with a boy and he's posterior but he's so stubborn and like facing down with his spine up. Zero face pics at his anatomy scan. 23 weeks and 5 days today
