Okay yall. 1. I’m not saying cash out. Literally saying the exact opposite. 401k is intended for long term planning. You gone do what you wanna do but yeah I’m not saying that’s. 2. IF your current plan is invested well and you don’t mind not adding to it then leave it will grow from interest. If you don’t know if it is or isn’t find out. 3. I personally rather roll mine into an IRA vs another job. It’s my own choice all of my old 403b and 401ka are in my rollover IRA. I started late with investing so i want to continue to contributing money instead of letting it stay and just accrue interest.

Wait most of yall don’t check yall 401k accounts on a daily basis?? I open that app almost everyday. And when you get fried or quit your job you just call the company your 401k is with and they will sent you a check or I think they can roll it over to the next 401k company for you 🤔🤔 I’m not sure on that yet. When I left my second job I just took the money and put it in my own personal account.
