I met my husband and we got married 5 months into knowing each other, we did a simple nikah with family and friends I was 18, I’m now 24, 6 years into our marriage and we have 2 beautiful children girl&boy alhamdullilah for my beautiful family.

it's not a choice, it's nasip. this narrative of "you will regret not getting married young" is so damaging. the young ones will rush into marriage and could possible end up in toxic marriages and those that don't fit that "young age" will feel left behind, as if they ran out of time.

No disrespect brother, but we all aren't in the position to get married!! Women here, expect to have a lavish lifestyle, when all we can do is provide the essentials. Like food, clothing, shelter, love & protection. You see, some of us want to get married, but not all of us are that lucky. It's difficult for many of us.
