@thedrkling: Whatever you do, don’t watch this movie if you can’t handle emotional pain. Good Boy is a bittersweet film and more of a nightmare, for me as a dog owner. Watching a dog go through so many terrors was tough. While I wish the plot had been a bit more stretched out, it still worked overall. Now, let's talk about Indy (the dog). I’ve seen countless movies featuring dogs, but this is the first time I’ve witnessed one act with such emotion. The way Indy have such an expressive eyes that feels genuinely human, like he’s truly performing. To make things even more impressive, Indy isn’t a professionally trained dog; he’s actually the director’s own pet. Give this dog an award already 🗣 Honestly, the Academy should have a category for animal performances because Indy absolutely deserves recognition. The way he was directed and trained felt so natural, far from the usual “movie dog” performances we often see. I also loved that the story was told from the dog’s point of view, it’s a refreshing and creative choice that made the film stand out. Rating: ★★★★☆ Catch Good Boy in cinemas and witness a star dog in the making! #GoodBoy #Goodboymovie #movierecommendations // good boy 2025 movie

"You're a good dog. but you can't save me" that's ENOUGH.

Yxc_03 :

And to think that in reality there was actually no demonic ghost, just the dog itself facing challenges of how death itself is taking away his owner from the illness😭

Foxy Pirate 101🧡🧡 :

Coming back to say Indy the dog won an Astra Award for this performance!!!

The part that hurts the most is when his owner tells him not to follow him and that he is a good boy, Indy stays there until dawn.

No es pelicula de terror es pelicula de tristeza, se siente la impotencia del perro

Pero dense cuenta el cadáver del otro perro, es por qué se quedó a esperar a su dueño, que sería el abuelo, pero indy decidió irse

Chessie :

It’s when Todd chains Indy outside not to keep Indy from him but almost to help him not get trapped in the house when he dies (unlike the granddads dog) 😭😭😭😭
