When I was young, my mom felt called to move out of state. She interviewed and was offered a job and then she asked God, "if it's your will, please send someone to buy our house." Within two days, a minister knocked on our door asking if our house was for sale. It was not on the market and there was no sign in the yard! No one knew about my mom's prayer. Within a week the minister bought our house and mom accepted the job and we moved out of state that summer. It was 100% a God thing.

The first red flag was this not being a cash offer and them needing a mortgage to pay 300K over the value of the home. A bank won’t approve that because a mortgage is collateralized by the property.

Everything happens for a reason. As a realtor, I immediately thought the buyers willing to pay $300,000 grand over would need to pay full in cash assuming the bank would not approve a sale price of $300,000 over value.

Last time I had an urge to move/buy a new house. I prayed about it and while I was actively researching new homes clear as day I heard a voice say “be patient”. Everyone who knows me knows I’m not patient at all. And when I have a goal I go after it no matter what it takes. But this time I’m listening.

So this is why kids are dying, people are getting sick and the world is in shambles. God was consumed with a $300k above asking price home and a new job and he had to figure out how to unravel this entire deal without revealing his hand. Got it! Can he turn to more important things now or do you need help deciding on what fridge to buy?
