how are you every going to take this if you're not motivated? it'll just be another project started but discontinued. better to understand that your mind is not your friend and that you must fight to be present every moment. one step at a time. you need a completely different story going on. labels are useless. they give your power away to the medical professionals. in this case to lions mane sales people.
