This is how to recreate Mukoda’s orc meat gyoza from Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill 🪵 Recipe - 1lb ground pork - 2/3 cup Japanese chives or 1/2 cup regular chives - 1 cup chopped cabbage - generous squeeze of garlic and ginger paste - 1.5 tbsp @leekumkeeusa chicken powder - salt and pepper to taste - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp sake - gyoza wrappers For the tuille it’s just 9g flour and 150ml water Mix all the filling ingredients together. Make your gyoza whatever way you like just make sure to have a little bowl of water nearby to wet the edges. On medium heat with a little oil cook the gyoza until slightly browned on the bottom. Add in the water and flour mixture, cover and let steam for 5 minutes or so. Take the lid off and add sesame oil around the edges. Let cook for another 2 minutes until tuille is slightly browned around the edges. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to let the tuille harden.
