@izzyhammondx: Neither myself nor Rich have any proper racing experience or training, and it’s something we really wanted to pursue together. When the opportunity came up to jump in an MGB and rag it round @Silverstone , it was an immediate yes. Normally we do this sort of stuff in front of cameras and it’s all a bit rushed and intense. This time we could lock in and give it a proper go. And we LOVED it. No pressure, no expectations, just learning and giving it a go. We came in P16 - nowhere near the front, but surprisingly not right at the back. Racing is HARD, and frustrating and quite terrifying, but also completely magical and something I am so unbelievably grateful I get to do even for a single day. We both went in with completely open minds, and came out with plans to compete in the series with our own car next year. Cannot wait🏆
