if the lights are good enough you can def see them in the city.. but like even 30 min out of reykjavik u should be fine as long as its not cloudy

As far as the blue lagoon, a night time slot is just as good, the lights enhance the experience in my opinion, felt ethereal.

Doing research abt Iceland shocked me I thought I was gonna have to take flights across the island but most of the main attractions and scenic spots r only 2-3hr drive from Reykjavik

We’re eloping there in December! So exited! I’m hoping we have a clear-ish day for the day we scheduled our pictures. Luckily we’re staying at a hotel very close to our locations. Nervous about the driving, but where I livec it gets super windy in the fall-spring (especially during tornado season) and we get ice every winter. Even with experience, something can still happen, so it still makes me nervous lol.
