so u dont have to do the math 4x25 is 100 and 4x15 is 60 also in order to do this maintain ur diet like eating more protein and drink 2L of water everyday and btw if u want u can do this every 2 days and it takes about 4-5 weeks for results depending on the balance of ur diet

ok day 1: for jumping jacks I did 50 and then took a 1 min break and then did the other 50. I did the first set of leg raises and jump squats back to back as a set. the first plank push up set I tapped out after 20 and took a small break. I then did the first set of last two and a 1 minute plank. I took another break and then did the first two and the crunches but I had to stop bc I was shaking someone remind me to update tomorrow!
