I swear I released trapped trauma with mine the other day, the pain was so intense!!! I could not find my numbing cream and it had been like 6 months so 😭😩 when I left I legit couldn’t feel the top half of my body I was tingling and numb, weirdest feeling ever!

I just take some ibuprofen before I go and I usually do fine. It hurts more in certain spots but it’s over quickly and doesn’t hurt after it’s done
