I make a loaf shape on a sheet pan. That way it doesn’t sit in grease and cooks way faster. I add Worcestershire sauce to the topping. And always add onion with carrots and celery. YUM!

I always disliked meatloaf…. Till I made this recipe…… it is fantastic!!! Great on sandwiches the next day as well!!

I always add a little bit of horseraddish to the mix. Not too much, because it can go sideways - but it’s amazing. Also, ALWAYS buttermilk. I add it to panko breadcrumbs.
