@imogengracejephson: RECIPE - QUICK CARBONARA 🍝 (forgot garlic, crying) Ingredients 🛒 4 eggs Bacon lardons Spaghetti Parmesan Black pepper Rocket salad Balsamic glaze Recipe 👩‍🍳 Boil spaghetti pasta. Mix 4 egg yolks with parmesan, black pepper, oil from bacon and starchy pasta water. Fry off your bacon lardons, once cooked, add in your pasta. Remove pan from heat & add your sauce. Add spoonful of starchy pasta water. Serve with rocket salad, extra Parmesan and black pepper and a drizzle of balsamic on top of your salad.
