Other than that YES you can film in public from a public sidewalk. Not a street. Btw in performance of duties a police vehicle can park anywhere & block traffic. Not vacating tge area or listening to a lawful order is now resisting & you can be detained & I.D. Bla bla bla. From frauditors & any individual whom believes they can do whatever they want. SCOTUS also has consistently upheld & ruled tge 1st amendment ISNT ABSOLUTE.
