People bash HOAs. — those people never own $750,000 plus homes. I can not pay that amount for a home and then you keep a RV or that olde car you gonna fix “one day” in there’s. NOPE!!

developers need to build houses with more drive way space 4-6 qt minimum. it don't make sense to build 4 bedroom houses with only 2 parking spots. teen kids have cars.

My sister- in- law has 6 driving age children, all with their own cars, to add to the mom and dads cars- lol it’s like a trader joe’s parking lot on a Saturday every time I visit 😭😂😂
