this lady once tried to return a candle that was literally burned down to the metal wick holder. like, nothing left. she goes, “it didn’t smell like the picture.” i asked what she meant and she points at the label—pumpkin pie. i’m like “so… you expected it to smell like an actual pie?” and she said “yes, and i even tasted the wax to be sure.” ma’am, that’s not a quality control issue, that’s a cry for help.

“ my bf broke up with my today “ sends me because the other day a girl came in and wanted to use points from the rewards program. ( her and her boyfriend wanted a shared an account which I’ve said if they break up, they’re gonna be fighting for these points. I don’t think we should be letting them do that but we let them do it. ) They break up the girl comes in and uses all the reward points. The dude comes in a day later and is absolutely tripping. 😂 I was like I don’t know man file a police report or something. 💀 I literally told y’all not to do this. They were treating it like a joint Facebook page and I knew it was gonna go south from the beginning. 😂
