I got them yesterday and they changed colors when I got them now when I went to pair them today they turned blue as if it was in pairing mode now it won’t change colors it stays on white it’s not paired yet

yea mine worked for legit 1 day and now they wont even turn on and im an electrician i have a tester its getting power through the whole strip....im so over it after putting the plastic brackets in the wall for them to just not work now....

I don’t have WiFi and I put them in pairing mode I want them back to the one mode where they are crazy and not like just a few colors like when I first turned them on

Yeah I had mine connected now it says offline and won’t connect anymore I’m literally crying it’s been 3 hours it’s 5am😭😞

Mine are stuck in one color because my app says it’s not syncing I logged out and logged in and restarted them over and over again 7 times and I just un plugged them hopefully it works í paid 45.99$😭
