а как же головная боль, боль в пояснице, в ногах которые начинаются еще два дня вперед, и чувство будто ты голоден но нет но хочешь есть но только сладкое и нерв когда кто то спрашивает "а ты правда болеешь" упадка иммунитета иногда грипп и немного температура в первые дни, прыщи в некоторых местах из за гормонов😔

bayangin sebulan sekali begitu, mana bukan sejam 2 jam 😭😭 sakit perut sampe rasanya pengen jongkok di WC terus, kadang rasanya ada yg puter usus kyk lagi meres cucian, di tambah aku tuh suka nyut nyutan darah V nya 😭 mau gerak pun gak mood kalo udah dapet posisi nyaman, kadang suka demam juga, di tambah tulang sendi semuanya pada sakit, pinggang rasanya panaaaassss pegel, gimana ya jelasinnya, huaaa susah banget jelasinnya, kadang pengen jadi cowok kalo lagi sakit mens 😭😭😭

Now aside from that pain, add back pain, migraine, all the blood, legs aching, feeling like your insides are gonna fall right out, waking up in the morning those first couple days especially after having been laying down for hours.... and you have to cook/clean/work/take care of kids/get groceries/etc all while that's happening.
