There’s pickup for regular trash and there’s pickup for bulky items. Apparently, being the item was heavy, it was considered bulky so the workers refused. She has to follow the rules. I don’t see a problem.

I’m on the worker’s side, you’re allowed only 1 trash container and 1 recycle and it has to be 100 lbs or less. Too bad the workers are going to get in trouble for it, not fair.
