That’s called farming, and when you plant a vegetable in a field, it has to be harvested so that it can be cooked, frozen, or canned. Say the beans that you eat don’t just show up at the grocery store there’s a process so these fine people that are picking their beans they’re not slaves they’re probably making their livingand you are being nosy.

I don’t think it’s slavery. This is how the did corps back in the days. They pick beans and go home. My grandma used to do this as well. I even picked beans. It wasn’t an easy job I can tell you that.

Wow, I’m sorry but please don’t pull up on my family during harvest time at my uncle’s farm in Georgia. It’s very common in Florida and Georgia for families to do this for the Elders and allowed to keep a lot of the food for their families. People still actually do this lol. I would always bring back large bags of butter beans, greens and corn to NY. Now my son does it. Make sure you find out who the farm belongs to before a full investigation 😳
