@finding_lisa_: I'm beginning to not recognise the person on the left. She was in so much pain on the inside, and I guess accepted this was my life - and likely a short one. Everything was an impossible task, barely able to walk, climb into bed, 20min to attempted to turn over in bed, to stand up of the sofa.. And out of breath from just being me. I had the world on my shoulders, living within those negative thoughts about myself. Believing the harsh words from a husband I'm now separated from. Such v1le remarks about me, my body it all reinforced just how worthless I felt about me. I no longer recognise the old me, and there are times I look back miss her - I wish she knew her worth back then and her s1ze should never had defined her. What I know now, is the impossible is always possible. Pull away from those who drag you down. And work on loving yourself. #myjourney #GlowUp #tranformation #healthjourney #wellness
