HOA should be "ABOLISHED" considered unconstitutional and illegal.. HOA is a scam I believe it was away to scam the elderly who are required to pay amenities that most are unable to use a lot are in wheelchairs / walkers ect...but are REQUIRED to pay HOA fees or fines or worse lose your home FLORIDA is the worst
