The reason is is the dentist does x-ray all the time so he would be exposed to too much radiation which could be deadly but obviously not. You don’t go for x-rays as much.

X-rays are safe but the amount of time that people that take x-rays by the people that operate the machine they would be highly radioactive by the end of the day if they had no protection like standing in front of a window because that would keep them safe
