@bellaskitchen25: Brookies 🍫🍪 Tag your sweet tooth friend 🤎 Brownie Base 200 g Milk chocolate, melted 170 g unsalted butter, melted 120 g granulated sugar 100 g brown sugar 3 Medium eggs 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract) 110 g all-purpose flour 30 g cocoa powder ¼ tsp salt 90g chocolate chunks Cookie Dough Layer 120 g unsalted butter, softened 100 g brown sugar 70 g white sugar 1 large egg 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract) 180 g all-purpose flour ¼ tsp salt 100 g chocolate chips 🥣 Instructions Melt butter and chocolate, Line your 27 x 24 cm pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 175 °C / 350 °F. In a large bowl, whisk both sugars, eggs and vanilla until glossy. Stir in the melted chocolate and butter. fold in flour, cocoa,salt and chocolate chunks until just combined. For the cookie dough beat softened butter with both sugars and vanilla until light and creamy. stir in egg and mix until smooth. Add flour and salt; mix just until dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. Assemble the brookie spread more than half brownie batter evenly in the pan then add some cookie dough, then again brownie batter and spread remaining cookie batter on top of the brownie, add some chocolate chunks on top.Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cookie top is golden brown and the brownie edges are set test with toothpick should come out with moist crumbs, not wet batter.
