If anyone is judging a kids lunch then they clearly don’t have kids.. let alone a picky one. Sometimes we have to pack in fruits/veggies/protein at home and just send something/anything they will are willing to eat at school.. so they aren’t hungry at school

People are judging what parents pack their children for lunch... let's remember to give grace to those parents who may not have it all. At least their kid comes to school with something to eat!

So this is why I have 26 kindergartners who don’t know how to open anything? Because their preschool teacher has been doing it for…. Please for the love of God Foster independence! Show them how to do it have them practice it over and over again, teach them how to use scissors to cut open the packages. I refuse to open a single thing in my kindergarten classroom and guess what they can do it

I don't like that you opened everything, what if my child decided not to eat one of the snacks but now it has been opened and will spill everywhere in the lunch kit and go to waste and the child that age is supposed to try and open the things first before getting help, that's how they learn

My daughters lunch for school is calories to keep her sugar up and give her fast energy for learning. She’s a picky eater and we can worry about macro and micronutrients at home 🥰🥰
