the new law is now you must give id any time a police officer ask for it no matter what or you will be arrested. If no one takes them to court then they will keep getting away with it.

Not answering questions is obstruction??? Cops abuse this charge and no one does a damn thing about it. Then qualified immunity kicks in and protects them. How F’d up is this??? Why haven’t supreme courts made obstruction clear? It would stop this and cops would be held accountable.
