@dannylovespasta: I might delete this because I really hate being negative, but it really bothered me when he randomly started attacking me (for my lasagna soup recipe). I checked to see what he was up to now and well… 🤷‍♂️

remember kids, Michelin stars are awarded by the TIRE COMPANY. just means the food is good and worth driving to. your mom and pop burger joint in the worst neighborhood in town probably had better food at an affordable price

CREAMY STEAK PASTA 🍝🔥 The definition of comfort food done right 😍 Garlic… butter… double cream… parmesan… herbs… tender steak… All tossed through pasta so every strand gets that silky sauce Serves: 2 Time: 20 mins Ingredients •	2 sirloin or rump steaks (or any cut you like) •	250–300g pasta •	1 tbsp butter (plus extra for searing) •	1 tbsp olive oil •	3–4 cloves garlic, crushed •	250ml double cream •	50–70g parmesan, finely grated (plus more to serve) •	1 tsp mixed Italian herbs (or parsley/oregano) 1 tsp paprika •	Salt & black pepper •	Optional: chilli flakes, spinach or mushrooms ⸻ Method Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining. Season the steaks generously with salt & pepper. Heat a large pan to high with a knob of butter + splash of olive oil, then sear the steaks for 2–3 mins each side (longer if you like them well done). Turn the heat to low and add another small knob of butter, then garlic. Cook 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in double cream and parmesan, stirring until the sauce becomes silky. Add herbs + black pepper (and chilli flakes if using). If it gets too thick, add a splash of pasta water. 6.	Slice the rested steak and add the pasta straight into the sauce. Toss to coat every piece. 7.	Top with steak slices, more parmesan, pepper and a drizzle of steak resting juices. Finish with fresh herbs if you fancy ✨ #steak #steakpasta #creamypasta #pastarecipe #creamysauce #EasyRecipe #quickfood
