try getting rid of your wash detergent and fabric softener, switch to eco nonscented. eat lots of omega 3, quit refined seed oil garbage and gluten, take pro and prebiotics. and quit perfume for a while (or you could spray on clothes only). get rid of mites, dust, mold, and such things in you house. Use beef tallow as moisturizer and STOP SCRATCHING! 💗 I promise this is what you need that saved all my siblings including me from eczema of many years until now
