My lawyer collected money for 12 flats and zoom off to Canada 🇨🇦, I no do again I’m using my hand to collect now! Moreover I built the house 2015 by this 2025 i hv recovered all that I spent both for land and building so by next year all the 14.4m that I will be collecting will look like a free money to me, make them no deceive u if u get money build !

I did it, best investment ever, got the build cost back in 5years, the house and the land still belongs to me, I can sell it off at anytime and make times 20 of my initial investment, It won’t give you money so fast but the stability is unmatched for you and your children. And I am still building more houses up for rent…

My brother I have done it before it’s not profitable for a young people, it was handled by a lawyer but still tenants still Dey owe if I tell lawyer make he lock the tenant house lawyer go come Dey read law for u say it is not right to lock tenant house that is oweing
