SMOKY SHRIMP TOSTADAS W/ CHIPOTLE CREMA & GUACAMOLE 🌮🔥 Ingredients: Shrimp: • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined • 1 tsp olive oil • 1 tsp chili powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp cumin • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp black pepper • Juice of 1/2 lime Guacamole: • 2 avocados • 1 TBSP red onion, diced • 1-2 serranos or jalapeños, diced • roma tomato (about half, diced) • Juice of 1 lime • Salt & pepper to taste Chipotle Crema: • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo • 1 tbsp adobo sauce • 1 garlic clove • Juice of 1 lime • Pinch of salt • 1-3 tbsp water (thickness to your liking) Extras: • Store-bought tostada shells • Queso Fresco (or whatever cheese you like) • Cilantro • Lime wedges Instructions: 1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice. 2. Blend Greek yogurt, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic, lime juice, salt and water until smooth. 3. Make the guac by mashing avocados and mixing in onion, peppers, lime juice and salt. 4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred. 5. Assemble: tostada shell, guacamole, shrimp, chipotle crema, cheese, cilantro, squeeze of lime. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy! #shrimp #tostadas #highproteinmeals #mealprep
