I was in the same boat back in July. sugar was 823, a1c was 17.6 losing my eye sight, and not enough energy to to walk from the bed to the bathroom. I had my 3 month appointment last week, my sugar was 87, and a1c, was 6.1.. all from changing my diet, plus fasting eating one meal per day.. you got it bro..

I was 780 and went through DKA terrible. Never again. Strictly follow my plan meals. We only got one body so we should take care of it to the fullest

my brother had no idea about Diabetes, he just started getting sick and no energy he never really has been sick .but rushed to hospital and his blood was 880.. they said he was close to death, but he pulled through with no kidney issues. he's on insulin but God kept him❤️

I hope my comment helps and it doesn’t hurt coming from a type one insulin dependent please do everything in your hands to get the correct help to correct your health I know it’s very hard. Listen, I understand, but it’s harder to become insulin dependent. Please look for a nutritionist. Go outside exercise eat correctly stop eating fast food. Just stop the habits that you have now and create new habits. Trust me when I tell you that that’s easier than becoming insulin dependent .
