So this is interesting.. I grew up with all these songs in church. However, I’m realizing now that I had absolutely no sense of this music actually being created around that time when I was a kid. Like I thought they were old songs that had just always been around. Idk why lol but now I know Awesome God was written in 1988 and not 1000 AD 😂

I prefer these songs over plenty of today's songs. These seem better than songs like ''Trust in God'', ''I thank God'', Praise the Lord, Nothing else, and plenty of other songs of today. Anyone else agree? I feel like many of today's songs are boring and long and repetitive.
