I had an issue like that new electrodes and spark generator new harness on the flame sensor; it turned out to be the PCB.

Grab one of the little spark thingys - I cannot remember the name - very simple , don’t need to do this .

Why would you unnecessarily remove the spark electrodes? which means now you have to change the gasket.

How does that prove it’s not the electrode? I always test the cable from the gen to electrode also

We always remove them when we grass em, handy to have a few in the van for temporary repairs until u can get back with a new one, like u say, very common!! Good vid..👍
