RECIPE BELOW 👇 Recipe: Ingredients- 1 Spatchcock Chicken 12 golden potatoes, peeled and cut to halves 4 shallots, cut to quarters 10 garlic cloves 2-3 fresh thyme sprigs Paprika paste ingredients- 1/3 cup of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1.5 teaspoons of paprika 1 teaspoon of cumin 1/2 teaspoons of Aleppo pepper 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste 1 teaspoon of honey Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix them well to a paste. Seasoning for the potatoes- 3/4 cup of water 1/2 teaspoon of flaky salt Method- 1. Preheat the oven to 420F / 220C. 2. In an oven safe pan place the potatoes, shallots, and garlic cloves. Arrange them in the corners and leave a small space in the middle. 3. Add the whole chicken in the middle on top of all. 4. Brush the paprika paste over the whole chicken. Leave 1/4 portion of the paprika paste for the potatoes. 5. Mix well the remaining 1/4 portion of the paprika paste with 3/4 cup of water. Pour it over the potatoes and season it all with flaky salt. 6. Cover the pan with wet parchment paper and aluminum foil. 7. Bake in the oven on 420F for 1 hour. 8. Remove the parchment paper and aluminum foil and bake in the oven for another 30 minutes. 9. Transfer to convection broil on 450F for 5-7 minutes to get a nice golden brown color. Enjoy!
