@mrse957: In my presentation, I played the role of a Front Desk Officer at Urban Hotel, a modern hotel with 105 rooms. My guest was Ms. Cueno, who acted as one of the hotel guests checking in. The scene showed how I professionally welcomed and assisted her during the check-in process. I demonstrated how a front desk staff should greet guests politely, confirm their reservations, provide room keys, and give important information about the hotel’s facilities and services.
