The Artisan Club provides members and their guests with dining, fitness, creative spaces, water recreation on Cotino Bay, and signature Disney experiences. That community is literally for the rich. Homes are starting at 1m. In this economy, why aren’t we building affordable housing in an area with high poverty, lack of resources for youth and children, and so much more. Definitely not keeping Walt Disney’s vision in mind. Disappointing….

Oh hell no, me and most of the other locals I know hate Cotino, literally using our water it build a giant man made lake in a desert! And I just know it’s gonna be empty during summer when it gets up to 120F, literally no good reason for them to be building it out here in the desert
