The chiaseeds are great bc us mongols need more fiber in our diets. But you really need to let them steep in the liquid to avoid giving your kids indigestions. chiaseeds create a jelly coat by taking water from their surroundings, so if u eat them directly they take it from your body. steeping them takes 4+ hours
