Why do people sit down for interrogations , it boggles my mind how they can’t understand what , you have the rite to remain silent, you have the right to speak to an attorney , every single interrogation is nothing but the police gathering as much information as possible to use against you at your trial . Say nothing at all to the police ever , contact an attorney or the one appointed to you and do only as they say , even if your going to testify against someone else for the same crime , your lawyer can use that for a plea deal . Interrogations are 💯 %voluntary . With all the tv shows out there & all the true crime shows , everyone should know there rites . I’m not saying he’s innocent at all , or that he should not be tried & convicted. I’m just blown away at how many people agree to sit & chat with police , some even for hours & days . It just don’t make sense , in this day and age we’re in , no one should be agreeing to that .
