This is so frighin sad. This baby is 3, can’t walk, can’t talk, can’t toilet, cries randomly for no apparent reason so he’s likely in some sort of pain he can’t express. This is ABUSE! Why isn’t he getting the care he needs and deserves? Besides Crisean, who is failing him?Truly heartbreaking. He deserves better
