I never see anyone point out how awful being with Louis probably was. He wasnt happy with Lestat, wasnt happy with Claudia and here comes Armand who as far as Louis knew was mostly innocent at the time and hes STILL not happy. Decades of depression, bedding other boys while Armand lets it happen, decades of thinking about Lestat that Armand CAN HEAR all while never truly loving Armand who does his best to be soft, and comforting bc he THINKS it's what Louis wants.
