@morninkaufy: Top 3 things to stay injury free? 👆 Here’s my protocol to stay injury free after 4 years doing 22 marathons and 6 x 50 milers It’s not about lifting heavy — it’s about bulletproofing your body so you can stay injury-free when mileage gets high. I lift 3–4x a week focusing on hamstrings, hips, and single-leg stability. That’s what keeps me running 100-mile weeks without breaking. Fuel matters just as much. Muscles and tendons need building blocks — eat enough protein, omega-3s, and collagen-rich foods. You can’t train like an athlete and eat like a bird. Fish oils are KING for recovery — they fight inflammation, improve tendon elasticity, and help joints handle the pounding from high mileage. It’s not a “supplement,” it’s armor for your body. #fypシ #runner #marathon #runtok #fishoil @Garmin Connects @Viva Naturals

Amazing video, just a word of advice when referencing that studies show something , don’t show the ai overview, it’s a bit too general.

I work around 60hrs a week and that schedule doesn’t physically allow me to run 4 times a week and strength train 4 times a week so what do you do? I currently run 3 times a week and lift twice a week

Not sure if you talked about this but what’s your take on side walks, I feel trying to run any distance more than a few miles I have to hit a side walk and the side walks around here are messed up from settling and it’s caused pronation and actually an ankle injury.

I actually suffered from a bit of A Fib from fish oils. It’s rare but it does happen. First noticed it during my run about 2 weeks after starting to take it and then it happened again while I was sitting at my desk at work. Not fun lol

I saw a Tik Tok of someone saying running 2-3 days a week is all you need (which I didn’t like). I’d rather run 6 days a week. Who is right? I’m fine with running on sore legs - I just want to know if that’s “okay” or not. Because I want to keep running till death. I’m happy seeing Cam Hanes at age 57 still getting after it and proving the world wrong. (Btw you’re one of the best running influencers out there - keep killing it)

Any plans on dropping the gym routine as well? 😅 Also how do you strength train 5 days in a week and still run twice in a day?

For fish oil, do you recommend trying to get in a certain amount of mg/day or do you just follow the serving recommendation on the bottle?
