I get you. I'm a bit older than you, widowed with 4 adult children. Last year, for the first time ever, I started living on my own. I'd been so looking forward to it because, love them though I do, all of my children, plus my late husband, were messy, and I'm not. Omg - I hated it. Really hated it. But I sort of got used to it without even realising that I was. And now one of them is back - and I hate that too! By the way - you're beautiful, and it's right and inevitable that our bodies bear signs of the lives we've lived!

I’m not going to lie, I found it really hard. It gets lonely at times. I didn’t find the transition easy. Life is hard but you just make the most of it. I’m thankful a lot,,, I’m sure you’ll be ok too 🫶
