Top tip: to get the smell off your fingers wash your hands with a teaspoon. Sounds mental but I swear it works. Just under running water use like a bar of soap!

I love how much you try to make, but still are ok with some ultra processed stuff. I won’t lie when I usually hear people say “ultra processed” I expect to roll my eyes at what’s to come because it’s just not achievable for the average person.
