I am going to post until my concerns are addressed...I have a 2018 Ford EcoSport...my car was brought in to my local dealership in August due to a recall...the dealership has had my car since and I just got a call today from the dealership saying "good news, your car is done... engine replacement complete... however there's a problem...your starter is bad and the car won't start..". I was told the replacement starter is going to cost $500. Here's my problem, Ford...my starter worked just fine before I brought my car in. I have contacted Ford customer service and have been told there's nothing they can do. I'm so disappointed with this car and the service I've received it's unreal. Not to mention this is the second engine I've had to have replaced since I bought the car...I will never own another Ford as long as I live is this is how you treat your customers!!!
